• Appetizers: Bruschetta Two Ways: Whipped basil ricotta with roasted tomatoes & balsamic reduction. Brie
• with pear & fig jam.
• Salad: Grape and Walnut Salad - Mixed greens, gorgonzola crumbles, citrus walnut vinaigrette

  • Breaded Chicken with spinach and fontina filling, light demi-glaze sauce, vegetable rice
  • Cabernet Braised Short Ribs in a vegetable tomato beef broth served over creamy polenta.
